Talkspot and Livejournal Subdomain Not Indexed!

We have received a backlink report from our SEO guy. According to his report, we can see that two of our free sites (one hosted in livejournal and other hosted in talkspot) are not indexed in Google. Why is that? Anybody know anything about these sites?
