What kinds of food makes a man healthy?
Guys,
I am thinking what to do? My mother is 65 years old. She is a retired person. Always sitting at home and don’t do any household work. But his health isn’t improved as it was. Day by day she’s going to worse. And advice will be highly appreciate! |
high fiber rich in nutrients, vitamins and protein are considered good, like green vegetables, wheat, grams, pulses, milk, some fat etc, non vegetarian meals should be avoided .
