First of all make sure the Onsite SEO is fine. All the things like metadescriptions and also the UX(user Experience) ,navigation and all. Then have a backlinking campaign on similar niche websites.Write guest content, use facebook for social marketing etc. This will give you a pretty good start!

If you want to do quality SEO then you need to follow Google policy and guideline. You need to keep in mind Google's guideline while on-page and off-page activities and avoid each and everything which Google goes not want.

• Nowadays people are not working on their own, they use freelancers to provide them what they need. I'd also suggest you to try SEOclerks, you can hire an expert from this site at a cheap rate, and that person can help you in providing what you need.
