If you are running an ads campaign then a high ctr is a sign of success.

Here is how CTR calculated based on google,

CTR stands for Click Through Rate. The CTR is of a ratio of users who have clicked on a banner and the number of times the advertisement has been displayed. To calculate the click-through rate, you can use CTR= (clicks/ impressions)*100
