Bounce rate can be calculated by average time per visit of website views

High bounce rate in itself doesn't mean it is a bad site. I would think google looks to see if you continue your search, going back to the google search results and looking at more sites.I really doubt that bounce rate make a different on SERP.

Bounce Rate is the percentage of visitors that hit your website on a given page and don’t visit any other pages on your site.

Yes you might not have impressive content on your website, hence to decrease bounce rate you need to add some impressive and quality content to your website.

That shows that your website is getting good traffic. It is obvious to have high bounce rate if you are getting high traffic. It is natural to get some nonrelated visits with related visits. To reduce bounce rate try to promote your website with related posts.

I think your website got more spam traffic so website bounce rate is increased. So you can analysis your website through Google Analytics as form where you got more traffic and how much bounce rate in each areas like organic, referral, social etc...

There are lots of reason is responsible to increase your bounce rate. You can open all your external or internal link or images in a new tab. On top of all you have to put attractive content in your website.

High bounce rates are usually associated with web pages that rank for a search term but the content doesn't match. For example, if your website ranks well for 'Doctor Miami' simply because thats your real name, but people are actually searching for a doctor in Miami, you will have a high bounce rate.
