URLs are Not SEO Friendly. Please Make Them SEO Friendly!

Hi Moderators/Admins,

Can you please make this site's URLs SEO friendly?

It's really hard for any forum member like me to recognize a post with all blurry URLs. Making SEO friendly URLs would help all members. So please make this change!
