Here are some suggestions:

Header Top Margin
There is a margin on top of your websites menu that does not make it feel natural. Remove the margin. You can do it directly OR if you don't know how to use CSS that well do an override as seen below.

.topbar-fixed #header, .topbar-fixed #vertical-header-wrapper {margin-top: 0px!important;}

Your theme settings most likely has an area called "custom CSS". You could paste this there, and it should update the site.
