Quality Score is Google's rating of the quality and relevance of both your keywords and PPC ads. It is used to determine your cost per click (CPC) and multiplied by your maximum bid to determine your ad rank in the ad auction process.

Quality Score is an estimate of the quality of your ads, keywords, and landing pages. Higher quality ads can lead to lower prices and better ad positions.Google has thousands of Ads and lakhs of Keywords in the Data Base. When the user searching for any specific Keywords then Google always try to find out the details in respect of the relevant and usefulness of the keywords.
