What is Googlemare.com referral in Google analytics?

What is Googlemare.com referral? How it converts to sessions in Google Analystics ? Can anybody explain it briefly ?

Ask in the google analytics forum, because there will be some expert there to give a solution, btw I think googlemare.com would be a fake & spam site, not a part of Google at all.

I am also getting referral from it. That domain is getting redirected to a firefox addon.
