Will the football financial bubble burst?

As football is getting expensive to watch for some ordinary fans especially the English premier league, ticket prices increasing & some getting priced out, most of the money the clubs make ending in the players pockets instead of it being used for reducing ticket prices & invested in the grassroots of the game, even to watch it on TV doesn't get any cheaper, every time the TV rights are up for renewal, its a bidding war between the broadcasters, highest money on the table wins the rights & they got to pass the cost on to their customers who subscribe to their sports channel & that money is also ending up in the players pockets which was the reason i cancelled my subscription to Sky sports 2 years ago, I'm not convinced BT sports business model is sustainable in the long term with their cheap prices & giving their sports channel free to their broadband customers, that will get expensive if they are serious about challenging sky's domination in the sports broadcasting business in the UK, there needs to be a salary cap on player wages, in Germany the bundesliga have the right idea, where clubs put the fans first with them owning a stake in the club, which their is control on ticket prices making it affordable & they have a strict policy on clubs getting into debt, which is not allowed or they will be kicked out of the league, every other league should be doing that including the premier league, overall the rampant commer******ation of the game is not good in every aspect of it!
