In Google Analytics, What is direct / none denotes to ?

It is also one of the type in traffic. Following are consider as Direct / none or unknown traffics in Google anlytics which comes from,

* Users typed URL directly into the browser
* Users bookmarked our page and clicked directly
* Users clicks on email where he received with our URL link
* Users use to clicks in the document where our Links appears in various format like pdf, docx, xlsx etc.,
* Users clicks directly on a mobile apps
* Users use to click on skype or other desktop messengers.

All these are converted as Direct or unknown traffic in Google Analytics.
