How to add XML sitemap?

Hello all, how to add XML sitemap to my website http://www.enerco.co.uk
Is it necessary to add XML sitemap in my website? I prefer to add HTML sitemap.
Please suggest me, thanks

XML sitemap is written in XML language, caries a list of all URL for indexing.
