Dofollow links will drive high value and simply boost your ranking search engines too fast, nofollow don't have that much impact on search ranking.

hi, When you are posting your content on other website then if that website provide no-follow links, which means it will not provide you the backlinks to your website and if it is do-follow the it will provide backlink.

dofollow: allow to move link and index as well as cache website and link also.
Nofollow: not allow to do any things for google crawler

Dofollow: Alow bot to move link and index your site
Nofollow: Not alow bot to do anything

Nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines bots that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index.
Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink
