how to run Facebook Ads for 2 cent per click

I am planning to run Facebook Ads to my niche site, but I have a lot of confusion on that. I search around the internet, some Pro are saying that they can run Facebook for just 2 cent per click, I am so interested but no one shows detail how to do that. So I come here to find a good answer, please help me Pro!

Hi there,

It depends on a lot of different things but i'd imagine that they are either running some kind of custom audience/retargeting list or more likely, that have found some interests to target that are difficult for most people to find which makes the competition so much lower. On top of that they have probably tested a lot of different ads to find the best performing one.
