What are the difference between Fetch and Fetch & Render in Webmaster tool?

Fetch as Google :- The Fetch as Google tool lets you see a page as Google sees it. This is particularly useful if you're troubleshooting a page's poor performance in search results.

Fetch and Render:-Click Fetch for having Googlebot fetch the path you entered, or click Fetch and Render to have Googlebot both fetch the path and render it as webpage.
