is it your domain and URLs you are trying to remove? If so , you go into Google Webmasters (you need to have your domain verified with the console) and you go to Remove URL.

if its not your domain, you can ask the website owner to remove it. Or report to google and hope they remove it, but that is less likely.

The best way to get rid from them is to push down or displace those negative search results is to bring up positive search results.
You can follow some of these activities to bring down negative results:

Create social media profiles and be active.Update it regularly
Create blogging profiles on websites like wordpress, blogger, tumblr etc. Update them from time to time with good content
Do interlinking of all the profiles that you have created to bring down that negative search results.
