Can anyone explain the recent updates rolled out in Google Webmasters, actually I have gone through the update but i can't get the clear info.

You could refer to the official webmaster blog rather than listening to the rumors.

Google has a long set of webmaster guidelines, these are guidelines on how to improve your site for search. They recently updated those guidelines, and every time they do such an update to their guidelines, it’s interesting to see what they added and what they changed. Most of the changes were slightly overdue as they had been communicated in other outlets before and didn’t come as a surprise, but it’s still interesting to review both the new and the updated guidelines.

The recent rolling out of Google update is relevant to Google Ad words, the text label color of the ads which are displayed in the search engine result page is changing from yellow to green. Now we can all the ads run by adwords in the green color instead of yellow color.
