Please tell me, do we need that? Or we just add only focus keyword ! Thank you :)

No need to. If you try to add more kw, it will be a long tail and has different and should be use in different purpose

Instead of adding keyword in your alt text. Use an appropriate title for your image in alt text which defines your image about what's this image is.
