If you buy from your own niche from someone who has low OBL count, then yes, it 'may be' worth it. The best way to do this is to reach out for people writing about your niche and letting them know about your new content. Even if a small number links to you - those links will be way more valuable.

yes and you dont know if is a dofollow or nofollow link. and try to grow up your backlinks naturaly with a 4 or 5 backlinks per day

Well It Depends Upon Back Links Quality!! If You Buy Back links from qualitative sites that definitely worth's!! But In My Opinion it is still preferable to generate qualitative back links through organic methods of Link Building!!

According to me it is not so good to buy links, they may not be relevant or may be dead links, the standard of backlinks and content may be good or may not be good.
