do not over optimize your keywords...this is considered keyword stuffing and will result in a penalty. For example if you have a 100 word article, you would use your keyword or an lsi keyword 1 x. if dog trainer was your main keyword, you would use it 1x but you would use terms that are closely related such as dog handler, training your pet, etc
