Guys i wanted to know that is making backlinks really worthy, i mean does it really helps i read at many places that if i make a backlink with anchor text it will benefit me alot like below is it true should i keep doing this or not?

Yes, I encountered the same problem but I think it is okay besides image is for image use only if we need to put text on it then just add it when uploading an image.
