One Of The Directories I Am In Is Being Reviewed By Google. Should I Be Concerned That My Website Will Be Penalized?

First you can check your website which is penalized "content or Backlinks", Then you can stop the backlinks remove the website duplicate content and SPAM Backlinks.

You can check to know if your site was banned or not by searching "site:yourdomain" on Google, if your site still appears on the search engine then it's ok.

not. if you link only to one spammy site , but make sure you can your other links are good.

First you can check your site webmaster tools and then find out the reason of penalizing then troubleshoot them.
