I don't know may be 4-5 hours , in depending my relax time

Daily i use approximately 2 to 3 hours

Thrice a day will do along with the engagement to the members for building relationships.

for facebook marketing 1 hour is the enough time to do that. always try to reach your post most of the people you should share your post on facebook groups, pages and other facebook tools.

The time can only be if you have. But the strategy to get visits are most important. If you share the topics unrelated to audience, then it will be ever ignored. If you have some funny or viral video on facebook then only a video a month is enough to get a great discussion on social media. Try it your self.
