Slow website speed

hey everyone

there is lil concern about website Speed. can you please tell me how can i fix this issue. currently our website speed is 14 on desktop and 18 on mobile. i just checked in google insight. please do let me know how can i fix these issues.

U need to resize with smaller size file to all your images in website
