Google Cache is nothing but a snapshot or a copy of a page stored by Google as a back-up. Google usually takes a snapshot of each page it examines and caches or stores that version as a back-up. The cached version is what Google uses to judge if a page is a good match for our query.

Caching is a component that improves performance by transparently storing data closer to end users such that the future requests for that data can be served faster without going back to the origin server.

cache is a snapshot of a web page that Google creates and stores after they have indexed a page. When pages are indexed, they are categorized and filed within Google's indexers, but they do not actively search though millions of web pages every time that page is called up

The cached version is what Google uses to judge if a page is a good match for your query. Practically every search result includes a Cached link. Clicking on that link takes you to the Google cached version of that web page, instead of the current version of the page.

Hi,
Cache’ is a term that, to put it simply, defines a snapshot of a web page. Computers and servers of all kinds store cache on their systems so that information can be pulled up quickly rather than having to be searched for all over again. After scanning a website, Google bots store them as cache. This allows websites to be pulled up immediately in search results. How relevant the bot determined a page to be affects how high it appears on the list.
Thanks

Google’s cache has been around in the search results for a long time. In fact, Google’s cache is often ignored in SEO strategy and analysis. But using it can provide you with a lot of information that can increase leads, sales, user satisfaction and even offer clues to existing problems with your website.
