What is different between CF and TF in SEO?

I want to know difference between Citation flow and Trust flow?
and how to increase both of them equally for a website?

Citation Flow is a number of predicting how influential a URL might be based on how many sites link to it.
Trust Flow is a number predicting how trustworthy a page is based on how trustworthy sites tend to link to trustworthy neighbors.

Trust flow refers to the number of trustworthy quality backlinks your site got. If a link pointing to your website is authoritative and qualitative, then your trust flow will increase.

Citation Flow refers to the number of backlinks your site got.
