hi,
Back links are those links which are pointing to your site from other sites and external links are those links which are pointing to other site from your site.

Outbound links are links that are meant to take you elsewhere. These are links that are going to direct you to another specific webpage or website altogether. Most, if not all, websites have outbound links. Two sides of a coin. There are two (2) kinds of outbound links

Thanks.

An inbound link (also referred to as a back link) is a hyperlink on a third-party web page that points to a web page on your site.

Backlinks are also considered as inbound links. Backlinks are those links which point to your site and when user click on that link it reach on your site or webpage.

Outbound links are vice versa of inbound link or backlinks. When a user drive to another site through the link clicked on your webpage that is called outbound link.

In backlinks are coming to a website from other while outbound links are going out from your site to others.

For example:-
Suppose there is 2 website website1 or website2. now Website1 has wrote a blog post on his blog and add one link of website2. now that link is outbound link for website1 or backlink for website2.
