when google crawl your website, it is known as indexing.
and if a website is getting difficulties from server, we can still open the website using google cache. Google cache is a temporary memory where google store all its websites.

If you have 1 post on your website, and that is search able on google that's mean your site post is index in the google.

you can use some plugins to check the stats like the SEO quake plugin for the chrome :)
