Here i want to know, how sitemap work for site and how it updates every minute, if anyone knows about it please let me know.

A sitemap is a file where you can list the web pages of your site to tell Google and other search engines about the organization of your site content. Search engine web crawlers like Googlebot read this file to more intelligently crawl your site.

According to Search engines, they suggest you use a website map to help them find webpages they might not otherwise. For provided that all of website are effectively connected, there should not be an problem.
