I have some question about Backlink
 
Can anyone tell me how just little backlinhk but still has a high ranking on Google?

There no way to get high ranking with "some backlinks". You will need so many backlinks (around 600-700). If you are building an authority site, you should pay attention to On-page SEO, it's very important.

I agree with Joncage. If you get some backlinks , these backlink must from HIgh TRust Rank Websites. These create high quality backlinks for your website, and don't forget "dofollow".

Good backlinks is very difficult to get because all it takes precision and in finding backlinks with what is contained in our website as well
