Hi Kirangsc. Let use ahrefs and MOZ to find them. When have some backlink from bad website or alot baclink from " 18+ website" to your website, let disavow them as long as well.

Use a tool like SEMRUSH or ahrefs. They have backlink analysis tool to help you find bad backlinks

To check for your website bad backlinks use ahrefs and MOZ ,Monitor Backlinks .
