Am blogging with Google blogger site and I want to transfer to another host like wordpress. How am i going to achieve that?

So many are saying I should remain on my blogger that, my design and traffic is really flowing good. The site is www.techbmc.com please what should I do considering what my friends are saying? Is wordpress more better than Google blogger?
