blog post promotion on youtube

how many of you promote your blog posts on youtube comment box ? when i put my post link into others youtube comment box ,no of visitors increase double to triple time just after 5 min .... i astonished if traffic really come from youtube. but it not convert into reader.
my question how many of you face same problem ?
