How to Skip through YouTube Videos with the Number Keys
 

While watching the YouTube Videos, many times you wish to spot the certain good part of video quickly instead of going through video entirely. Many people are more keyboard friendly, instead of using inconsistent and annoying track pad. Also it is frustrating to wait for video for loading to the point you want.

So, how to achieve this using keyboard number keys? At first, you need to ensure the click on Play button and make sure that progress bar is visible along with timing.

The task you have to do is, hit the number keys on your keyboard. By hitting the numbers, the playing video will skip forward on increments of 10%. Let’s say, if you press 2 then the video will skip through 20%, 3 for 30%, 7 for 70%. If you want to reach at end part of the video, just you can press 9. The video will skip 90% through and take you at end part.

Now, going backward is also easier. Just press “0” and you will be navigated to start of the video.
