100% uptime with google based hosting

I need to buy 100% uptime with google based hosting and linovus.hosting is in my mind, do you know how they work?

I would like to say that dailyrazor.com is reliable host!
They did the backups and transfers until the old host finally made a good copy that was usable. They spent about 3 hours just to get my sites all moved and running correct.
