Google takes few months top crawl or index webpage and if you are indexing every backlink then it will take less time to get the rank

If you only know the definition of SEO, it is a slow and steady wins the race technique to rank the website and if you are too desperate for results, you should try PPC!

Yes, page speed will be a ranking factor. At the moment, page speed is more of an indicator than a ranking factor. Unless your mobile site is extremely slow, you can still get decent rankings with average page speeds.

It takes time for Google to recognize your website and assign it the authority it deserves. It takes time for it to see that changes have been made, compare the quality of your website and your content to everyone else in the same space.

Page speed is often confused with "site speed," which is actually the page speed for a sample of page views on a site. Page speed can be described in either "page load time" (the time it takes to fully display the content on a specific page) or "time to first byte" (how long it takes for your browser to receive the first byte of information from the web server).
