To get started, click on the Tools and Analysis tab in AdWords, and select Conversions from the drop-down menu, which brings up the All conversions page.

We can track conversion thru Google Adwords conversion tracking code. First login into Google Adwords account and click on ‘Tools’ which is on the top of the page, After that click on conversion link, After that click on red conversion button and you will get four options- website, App, Phone call and import and we can select any one which we want, suppose that we want to track conversion of the website then we have to select the website option and Fill the basic information, After that click on save and continue button and get the conversion code, copy the conversion code and paste in a header section of the website pages.
