Will it affect organic listing of a site if we stop Google Adwords campaign ?

Google adword campaign give you benefit when organic traffic is also coming towards the site to it become easy to get traffic towards adwords campaign.

Generally it is seen that if you are also running PPC through Google Adwords in combination with general promotion for your website, it helps in organic ranking. But if you don't have a good CTR, i don't think so it is going to hurt your SE rankings if you stop PPC or Google Adwords campaign.

Google adwords is not related to the organic traffic at all. It is just like paid traffic and thus would have no impact on traffic from search engines.

Sponsored listings are totally different from search engine free listings and it will affect your position in serp.. although, your traffic might decrease a bit which may little bit affect your rankings ..

Google adword is use for increase the traffic of your website and popular your website, products, business.. etc in search engines fast by pay to search engines. The traffic, which comes from Google Adwords, is inorganic traffic and it doesn't play any role in improvement of ranking and Page rank of your website. You can start and close anytime your Adwords campaign, it doesn't effect on organic results of your website.
