Pages with no cache question
 

I just checked some of my linkpartners to see who is linking back to me before the dance...
My question: assuming the pages were my link is posted are old enoghf to be indexed they show a great PR but have no cache at google.

Can I asume that those site planted a robot.txt file that tell google not to index those pages ? and that the pr is only estimated?

This trick is old but I just want to make sure there is no other option....
