Alternatives to MozyPro

We currently use MozyPro online backup solution on our main server but we are having severe problems with it:
- Most of the daily backups are never finished;
- Their support answers emails each 4 to 5 days;
- We are discussing our problems for 2 months now almost without a resolution.

So my question is: do you know about any good MozyPro online backup alternatives that work? Basically we want a totally automated backup system that would copy to a remote server/cloud several files from our server on a daily basis. These files include MySQL databases.

You can try Backblaze it was good online backup services which provide you good services

you also try this "Carbonite"

how about you ask your host to make the backups for you on your server.

I have no idea of any alternative of mozypro. But you can Google it. I am looking for a cheap web hosting provider which having a great server and 99% uptime...!!!
