javascript redirect css
 

I have created a menu that when you mouse-over it goes to the right but it looks different on different browsers.

Is there a way to redirect using javascript, not to a new page but to a different style.css

by changing css and html,you may get rid of problem .and navigation in javascript is
window.navigate("url");
