PR for Disallowed Pages

I disallowed spidering of this nonsense page URL in the robots.txt, it also never got spidered and the google PR bar always was grey. Today first time I see it has PR1. How this and does anyone else have this experience?

Have you checked it on Google analytics or webmaster tools whether Google spider it or not? I myself never have this problem.
