Getting listed for words not on page
 

I've got a question regarding one of my sites that offers classes. I'm getting high SERP's if you search for the class and location where the class is held (i.e. tai chi class san jose) but not for any of the surrounding cities, that might well be relevant if someone is searching for any classes in his/her area.

Is there a way to get listed for the surrounding cities without having to put a list of all the cities on the page?
