help with submission forms
 

i am having some issues with setting up a form on my website. i've never tried this before, and i can't find any decent tutorials.. i'm hoping someone can help me from here...

the page has been constructed using dreamweaver, i have made a form with all the text boxes, and i have the "submit" button placed, i guess i need a script or something to make the submit button submit the form to my email, and redirect to a page that says the form has been sent.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
