Google Sitelinks

However nobody knows why Google makes Sitelinks for some websites ans why it doesn't make for others, i guess some parameters are important for having Sitelinks in Google and they are Pagerank and traffic.
I want to know other parameters that you know to have Sitelinks in Google?

Google Sitelinks are little sub-listings that appear under the first result in the search result. Usually when searching for brands.
