Need server + ssl + .mx domains. Any good options?

I'd like to choose the best dedicated host:
RAM: 24 GB, HDD: 800 GB, CPU: 4 Core
+ ssl certificate
+ register .mx, com.mx and org.mx domains - 3 domains.
I have already found digitalserver.com.mx web host.
Do you know anything about the quality of their services? What host is better?
