Hello friends I want to know that what are the pop up adds? What are are benefits of such types of adds? Is these adds are beneficial for get ranking in search engines?

no that are not beneficial for ranking. When we click on a page anywhere and new window appear that called pop up.

I find pop up adds take away from your company brand, they are too in your face for internet marketing. People get very turned off by this form of advertising these days.

I think pop up adds are not rank you well, there is no concern with that. I would like to suggest to avoid pop up adds, because this is also type of spamming.
