Centering Ads in the Sidebar

Is there anyone out there who knows how to center ads or images in the sidebar. It irks me seeing the ad snug to the left with all that dead space to its right. Thanks in advance to anyone who can enlighten me

It all depends how do you set your page layout........just go the settings-page lay out-select the template design as you like to display...then do the necessary changes like locating the proper place for your ads!!!
