What is backlink and reciprocal link in terms of SEO?

While submitting a listing in the directories which option is most preferable? Is it the reciprocal link or regular link? Which is the best option and practice?

Regular links are most preferable to get backlinks. Regular links are free, available in more volume and help to get backlinks easily than reciprocal links, which is exchanging links between each websites.

backlink means the link back to your website, and R link means 2way link exchange,

When you are submitting directories then regular link is most preferable because it is generated backlinks to your website. A mutual link between two websites is a reciprocal link; it is two way links when two website links to each other than this link is called two way reciprocal links.

I think no one online business owner do not know about link building. By forum posting and blog commenting you can get quality backlinks and also relevant traffic.

A mutual link between two website is a reciprocal link.

I think a 2-way link is best as it works both ways.

There is wide difference between these two , back link is like vote for your site and reciprocal link is like link exchange

Regular links are better than reciprocal links.Because Reciprocal linking is two way linking and latest Google update doesn't prefer two way linking.
