How to Run Micro Job site and make good business

Last week my friend started a new micro job which is similar to fiverr. But he don't have any god idea how to gather more people on it and make this business successful. Even I don't have any good idea how to make this site profitable for him. Is there anyone who can give some good concept to make this micro job site profitable by getting more and more user on it and increase sales.
